My name is Chyan Rivera; I am a senior, and the Editor-in-Chief of the Highway Herald. I joined the newspaper because I enjoy writing and see journalism as a way to educate others, which is something I consider very important. Furthermore, I'm seriously considering journalism as a career path, so I figured this would be some good experience before college.
