Hi all! My name is Jalen Smith and I am currently a senior at Teaneck High School. Although it was not expected, I’m glad that I am enrolled in Journalism with Mrs. Galligan, because as someone who writes both music and poetry, I have found that this class will help me to further my writing and storytelling abilities. I am also starting to get heavily invested in photography, so this class will definitely aid me in learning to capture a moment in time. Other than music, poetry, and photography, some of my other hobbies include watching movies and playing basketball. After high school, I plan on pursuing a trade, and hopefully taking some photography classes.
