Are there any classes or teachers you’d recommend to underclassmen, and why?
Some teachers I’d recommend to underclassmen are Mrs. Skeritt (language arts), Mrs. Pitre (Psychology and U.S. History), and Ms. Alexandra/ Victoria (Forum). I recommend them because they keep things real and show great support. If you’re lost, especially as an underclassman, they won’t have any problem redirecting you, emotionally and socially.
What advice would you give about making and keeping good friends in high school?
To be honest, I don’t really think there is any advice I can give about KEEPING friends. Throughout my high school years, I learned that not everyone in high school should be considered your friend. Everyone drifts apart, and everyone matures differently.
What’s one piece of advice you wish someone had given you when you started high school?
Not everyone should be considered your friend/ Don’t let anyone pressure you into doing anything you don’t want to do. You don’t have to change yourself just to fit into different groups. Stay true to yourself and know who you are.
