Greetings! I’m Alieyah, and I’m a junior. I decided to join the Highway Herald to give journalism another chance for me and to practice writing. One thing to know about me is when I talk I hesitate but when I write I ramble. A lot. Though I will try to keep it to a minimum. I read and write for a hobby (preferably, but not exclusive, fiction) and I like listening to music and watching shows. As a student in Teaneck High School who only has two years left before college, I want to be more involved in the school community and know more about it. I feel like I have been out of touch, especially now at this time, and I want to gradually get out of my comfort zone.
